Typical Prices

A guide to what common jobs usually cost, so you know roughly what to expect before you get in touch.

Your price is a fixed quote, agreed before any work starts. You pay for the finished job, not the clock. If I uncover something genuinely unexpected once work begins — hidden rot, crumbling walls — I’ll stop and agree any change with you before carrying on. No surprise invoices, ever.

All prices cover labour, standard fixings and consumables. Parts and materials are itemised separately in your quote. You’re welcome to supply your own materials; however, my guarantee applies only to the materials that I provide.

Prices start at £95 — that’s the minimum for any visit, however small the job · Fully insured · 6-month workmanship guarantee
Why bundling saves you money: the £95 covers me coming out — so extra jobs done in the same visit are priced for the work alone. A curtain pole is £95 on its own, but add two blinds and a mirror and the whole list might be around £180 rather than four separate visits.
